The Proposal | Dylan & Elizabeth

DSC_5236

Where to even start…HMMMM…WELL! I would definitely like to thank my lovely and very talented friend Morgan Gould for suggesting me to Dylan as the photographer for his proposal.

I get a call from Dylan, and we discuss how he would like everything to go down.

1. He and Elizabeth would be seeing ‘A Christmas Carol’.
2. At the intermission of the play, he would bring her outside where a horse carriage would be awaiting them.
3. They would be dropped off on 4th street, and take a stroll over to the giant christmas tree in front of the ice skating rink.
4. The proposal would happen.

HOWEVER, mother nature had other ideas, and I am so so so thankful that she did. I am a believer that things happen for a reason and thanks to the down pour that occurred Wednesday night, we ended up at the beautiful Seelbach Hotel lobby. The proposal was so sweet. Dylan walked Elizabeth around the Christmas tree in the lobby, and in front of the stairs. He then got down on his knee and presented her with the most beautiful ring. She said yes and kept saying “It’s perfect! It’s perfect!”. She was so happy.

I could really go on and on about this night within this post, but, I know you’re all here for the photos. Let me just finish up by saying thank you to Dylan for having me. Congratulations to you and Elizabeth. The night was beautiful and so are the 2 of you!
